Mastering the CS:GO Jump-Throw Bind the Right Way
The jump-throw bind changed CS:GO forever. The move lets players jump and throw smoke grenades with a single button and mouse click. The main advantage, besides time saved, involves greater control of your throws, contrary to the inconsistency that players once felt. Most CS:GO players in the community favor the move, which you can see in Reddit threads here. How to Create and Master the Jump-Throw Bind Permanently These steps may seem scary if you don't have much experience with computers, but they're actually super easy to follow! Is the Jump-Throw Bind Against the Rules? The jump-throw bind technique is legal, and most tournaments, like StarLadder, made it official in 2019. It may be banned in specific competitive gaming events, so always double-check before you use it when playing competitively. » Need more CS:GO cosmetics? Download Buff

Can You Buy Heirloom Shards in Apex Legends?
There are several types of currency in Apex Legends, and the most desired of all are the rare Heirloom Shards used to unlock the most premium skins, items, and heirlooms for personalizing your favorite legends. These Mythic skins and heirlooms also come with their own unique animations and voice lines, but how do you get your hands on this elusive currency so you can drop some flashy new bling onto your chosen Legend? Well, unfortunately, you can't buy heirloom shards in Apex Legends—it all comes down to chance. » Learn how to get more Legend Tokens with gameplay only How to Obtain Heirloom Shards in Apex Legends Respawn, the creators of Apex Legends, have said that the chances of getting an Heirloom Pack while opening an Apex Pack is 1 in 500, and while they've confirmed you're guaranteed to get one within the first 500 packs, actually getting 500 packs is the tricky part. I've been playing Apex Legends casually since its launch in 2019, I'm just about to hit level 500, and I've opened maybe 220 packs over my time in the game—less than half the amount needed to guarantee an Heirloom Pack. Though the level cap in the game was recently increased to 2000, allowing players to unlock a total of 544 packs through levels alone, the grind to get there is a long one indeed, meaning casual, free-to-play players like me and (probably) you will likely get 1 chance to see those shiny red shards sitting in our inventories by the end of our Apex careers. So how do so many people have Heirlooms and Mythical skins? Well, even though the shards themselves aren't for sale, the Apex packs that you'll need to open to get the shards can be bought in bundles from the store for a "reasonable" EA price tag, which it seems many players are happy to do to speed up the process. Players who've bought hundreds of packs have a high chance of getting the crimson currency multiple times! Get More Apex Packs for Free! While you can't buy the rare Heirloom Shards themselves, you can buy the packs you'll need to eventually get them at 100 Apex Coins a pop, or you can get bundles of apex packs during monthly rotations or in the featured section of the shop. But why pay for Apex Packs when you can get them for free? Play Apex Legends using Buff, and get your hands on free stuff!

5 Valorant Pro Player Sensitivity Settings to Tweak Your Aim To
When it comes to tactical shooters like Valorant, precision in your aim is arguably the most important factor to improving your gameplay. While some mouse settings typically come down to personal preference, we can see that Valorant pros with the best aim fall within a concise range of eDPI. For those unfamiliar: DPI (dots per inch) is the standard measurement for mouse sensitivity. DPI is the mouse sensitivity you experience through general use of your PC and can typically be adjusted with your mouse's software. eDPI is the measurement you get when you take your DPI and multiply it by the in-game sensitivity multiplier. So though we see some players have a vast difference in DPI, it is mostly irrelevant, as their eDPI tends to fall in the same general range of 200-400. » Learn more about Valorant 1. TenZ's Settings eDPI:240DPI:800In-game Sensitivity:0.3 Tyson "TenZ" Ngo plays for Sentinels and is widely regarded as one of the most talented Valorant players of all time. His precision and aim is often on a tier of its own, even when compared to his fellow pro players. » Do you love watching competitive esports? Read about the 4 most exciting Valorant tournaments 2. Asuna's Settings eDPI:380.8DPI:1400In-game Sensitivity:0.272 Peter "Asuna" Mazuryk plays for 100 Thieves and has previously been Rank #1 Radiant on Valorant's NA server. Compared to the others on this list, Asuna has a much higher eDPI of 380, but an eDPI of under 400 is still typical for pros across Valorant. 3. ShahZaM's Settings eDPI:212DPI:400In-game Sensitivity:0.53 Shahzeb "ShahZaM" Khan plays for G2 Esports and is veteran in the tactical shooter scene. He is known as a pro in CS: GO playing for Cloud9, OpTic, and Complexity Gaming. 4. ScreaM's Settings eDPI:296.4DPI:400In-game Sensitivity:0.741 Adil "ScreaM" Benrlitom plays for Karmine Corp and has a history of being a headshot king. Back in his pro Counter Strike: Source days, he had one of the best headshot ratios of all time. 5. cNED's Settings eDPI:256DPI:800In-game Sensitivity:0.32 Mehmet "cNed" İpek plays for Natus Vincere and is known as one of the best Jett players in all of Valorant. Precise aim and Jett knives make for a deadly combo. » Learn more about Valorant's Competitive mode What Should Your Settings Be? The trend we see time and time again when it comes to tactical shooters is lower eDPI's reign supreme. It is true that the addition of abilities differentiates Valorant from more classical tactical shooters like CS: GO, but headshots are still the name of the game. Since lowering your eDPI drastically in one swoop may be too much of a sudden change, I recommend you do it a bit at a time. Jump into the range before each session and try to lower your in-game sense by 0.01 until you make your way down to 400 eDPI. While you're at it, download Buff if you haven't already. It allows you to passively earn points that can be redeemed for in-game rewards just by having the app run in the background while you play your favorite games.
