General FAQ

The challenge will start on July 21 at 14:00 BST and will end on July 31 at 14:00 BST (2-weeks).

ELIGIBILITY

The campaign is available for PC only (no other gaming platforms are eligible).

Participation in the challenge is restricted to the US.

You have to be 18+ to participate.

You must have the Buff application installed, up to date, and running during your game sessions to accumulate points. Make sure that Overwolf’s overlay is enabled for your game(s).

Buff reserves the right to exclude and disqualify any participants, remove points, and address suspected fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to non-human actions, playing against bots, multiple account creation, and other forms of manipulation to gain points. Hourly and daily point caps are in place to prevent account sharing and mitigate other fraudulent activities. Violation of these terms may result in disqualification from winning the grand prize and contest participation in general.

Each participant is eligible to win the micro prize up to one time per wave in each game, and the grand prize once in total in all games.

Please note that violating these terms may result in a permanent ban of your Buff account, with no possibility of recovery.

How to participate in the challenge: 

  1. Download Buff and sign in
  2. Click on theThe Bad Guys 2: Good Vs Bad Challenge icon on the Buff menu left bar 
  3. Follow the onboarding process 
  4. Launch League of Legends and Play

The rewards will be given as follows:

You can win rewards by completing all challenges in League of Legends. Here’s how the rewards will be distributed:

  • First 350 finishers will win 600 Buff Points!
  • All players who complete the challenges will earn a raffle ticket. with one winner. The winner will receive an Alienware m18 Gaming Laptop.

Challenges to Complete:

League of Legends

  • Do Good – Heal your teammates for a total of 400k HP
  • Do Good – Assist your teammates 30 times
  • Be Bad – Eliminate 40 opponents
  • Be Bad – Deal 500K damage to enemy champions

Game Modes:
League of Legends

  • Normal Blind
  • Ranked Flex
  • Clash
  • Normal Draft
  • Ranked Solo

During the game, notifications will appear indicating that you are participating in The Bad Guys 2: Good Vs Bad Challenge

The notifications will be shown for a few seconds and then disappear.

 

* Please note! If you turn off the in-game notifications, it will cause an automatic withdrawal of your challenge participation!

The Rewards Will Be Given As Follows:
You can win rewards by completing all challenges in League of Legends,. Here’s how the rewards will be distributed:

  • All players who complete the challenges will earn a raffle ticket with one winner per raffle. The winner will receive an Alienware m18 Gaming Laptop.

In the Winner List tab, you can check if you’ve won any rewards from the challenge. The grand prize winners will be contacted directly via email.

Winners are required to respond to verification emails within one week of the initial notification. Failure to respond will result in two follow-up emails sent to the winner’s provided email address. If no response is received within this timeframe, the prize will be automatically awarded to the next eligible participant in line, and so forth, until a responsive winner is confirmed. Participants are responsible for regularly checking their email, including spam folders, for prize verification communication.

If you’re eligible for the raffle, you can join it through the Winners List tab. If you win, our team will manually review your match history to ensure compliance with the rules. Once verified, we’ll contact you with further details about the redemption process. If any fraudulent activity is detected, the prize will be awarded to the next eligible participant.

If you choose to cancel your participation in the challenge, you can do it on Buff’s settings tab.
