JBL Quantum – Sound is Survival Challenge was created under Blizzard Entertainment’s Legal policy using assets owned by Blizzard Entertainment. Blizzard does not endorse, sponsor, or administer this promotion.

1. Promotion Description. The following JBL Quantum – Sound is Survival Challenge Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to JBL Quantum – Sound is Survival Challenge (“Promotion“). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Platform, BUFF Technologies LTD., (“we”, “us” or “BUFF”) as described in the general Terms of Use, which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Entrant’s legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law, including their right to commence legal proceedings).

2. Promotion Period.
   Starts on July 21st, 2026 (6 AM PST), will last for 2 weeks, and ends on Aug 4th, 2026 (6 AM PST) (the “Promotion Period”). All times are shown in the PST zone.

3. Promotion Type: JBL Quantum – Sound is Survival Challenge
   Take on the JBL Quantum – Sound is Survival Challenge in Apex Legends and Overwatch for a chance to win JBL Quantum gaming Headsets (950X, 650X, or 250 models) and $10 Amazon Gift Cards. Grand Prize winners will be selected through a raffle, and the specific headset model awarded will be determined according to the prizes.

3. (The “Prize”). Participation and entrance to the Promotion is subject to fulfillment of all Eligibility and Entry Requirement/s and terms outlined in these Promotion Official Rules herein. Participants must be 18+ to participate.Entering the Promotion is available through the following Landing Page:

You can win rewards by completing all challenges in League of Legends. Here’s how the rewards will be distributed:

• The first 300 players to complete a challenge in any game will win a $10 Amazon Gift Card!

• All participants who complete all challenges in a specific game earn 1 raffle ticket for that game’s raffle for a chance to win one JBL Quantum Gaming Headset. Twenty Grand Prizes will be awarded in total (ten per game). Available headset models include JBL Quantum 950X, JBL Quantum 650X, and JBL Quantum 250. Winners cannot select a specific headset model.

5. Raffle Details:

   1. A raffle draw (the “Raffle”) will be conducted by BUFF within forty-eight (48) hours following the conclusion of the Promotion Period. The Raffle winner will be publicly announced and displayed within the Raffle section of the BUFF App.

   2. Each Game (defined as Apex Legends or Overwatch) shall have a separate and independent Raffle. Eligible participants may earn entries into each respective Game Raffle by completing all designated in-game challenges during the Promotion Period.

6. Raffle Entry Mechanics:

Participants will earn one (1) Raffle, upon successful completion of all required challenges associated. For the avoidance of doubt:

1. Completing all Apex Legends challenges will result in one (1) Raffle entry into the Apex Legends Raffle

2. Completing all Overwatch challenges will result in one Raffle entry into the Overwatch Raffle.

3. Raffle entries earned for one Game are not transferable and do not carry over to the Raffles of other Games.

7. Participants who do not complete all designated challenges shall not be eligible for a Raffle entry. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received per Game.

8. Each eligible ticket grants one (1) opportunity to win JBL Quantum Gaming Headset, as outlined in the Promotion Prize section above.

10. During the game, notifications will appear indicating that you are participating in The JBL Quantum – Sound is Survival Challenge.

The notifications will be shown for a few seconds and then disappear.

Please note! Turning off the in-game notifications will cause an automatic withdrawal from the challenge participation.

Only the promotion Main Page and Winners List as appears on the Buff app are valid sources of results.

11. Administrator: The Promotion is administered, conducted, executed, supervised, and monitored on behalf of Harman International Industries, Incorporated (JBL Quantum) (collectively, “Sponsor”), and the BUFF platform (“Administrator”), including the administration and all technical and consumer support related to the operation of the Landing Page.

12. Entrant Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and in accordance with the general terms of use of the platform  (“Entrant” and “Eligible Entrant”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

13. How to Enter (“Entry Requirements”). To enter the Promotion, a user must download Buff App and create an account (“Game Account”). Enter the specific promotion tab within the platform and confirm the Promotion T&C. Participants must play in the Apex Legends and/or Overwatch games in the supported game modes. Each participant is eligible to win the micro prize once in total, and the grand prize a maximum of 1 time per game (max 2 grand prizes if both games are completed). Attempts to circumvent this rule, such as creating multiple accounts, may lead to disqualification. Please note that violating these terms may result in a permanent ban of your Buff account, with no possibility of recovery.

14. At the End of the Promotion Period, the Sponsor and platform will check the leaderboard and the aggregated results of all leaderboards during the Promotion Period. The users leading this promotion are entitled to the prizes in accordance with the T&C and as described in the landing page:

15. Downloading the APP and user Accounts are free, but subject to the Terms of Use of BUFF. 

16. Every participant in the promotion must be a BUFF user and create an Account and BUFF ID. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER PERSON. Entry must be made by the Entrant, only in the manner described in this Official Rules and subject to the Eligibility Requirements. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, or by tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any Device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries that have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible.

17. The platform reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or in the promotion, in the event an Entrant is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Promotion Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and The Platform reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. The platform reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant as an Eligible Entrant or prohibit an Entrant of winning a Prize or disqualify an Entitled Winner, if: (i) Entrant was found to be illegible to participate in the Promotion subject to these official Rules; (ii) it determines that an Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Buff’s representatives. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

19. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of BUFF and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies which conduct this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win a Prize.

20. Prize/s: Available Prizes in the Promotion will be listed in the landing pages and the Buff App and might be changed in accordance to the T&C.

21. Challenge Prizes: 300× $10 Amazon Gift Cards, 20× JBL Quantum Gaming Headsets (Quantum 950X, Quantum 650X, or Quantum 250).

22. Prizes will be provided either in a digital form in case of Gift cards, such as a digital code (“Digital Code”) that will be required to be inserted in the relevant account to redeem the Prize. The rewards will be given as follows at the end of the challenge:

• The first 300 players to complete a challenge in any game will win a $10 Amazon Gift Card.

• All participants who complete all challenges in a specific game will earn 1 raffle ticket for that game’s raffle for a chance to win one (1) JBL Quantum Headset. Ten (10) winners will be selected per game, for a total of twenty (20) Grand Prize winners. Available headset models include JBL Quantum 950X, JBL Quantum 650X, and JBL Quantum 250. Winners cannot select a specific headset model.

23. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except The platform reserves the right to substitute comparable prize(s) of equal or higher value if any Prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if each Entitled Winner as described , fully complies with these Official Rules and Eligibility Requirements. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

24. Buff, The platform makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE PLATFORM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

25. The platform shall have no liability if the Prize Notification and/or the email with the Prize is lost, intercepted, or not received by a Entitled Winner for any reason outside the control and responsibility of Sponsor and/or the Administrator or when an Entrant did not meet the Eligibility Requirement and was disqualified in accordance with the sections above. It is the Entrant’s full responsibility to provide full and accurate details and to read, acknowledge and accept the terms of Promotion and its Official Rules, in order to be entitled to enter the Promotion.

26. The platform reserves the right to disqualify any individual as an Entitled Winner in the event The platform have found the Entitled Winner to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and The platform reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. General Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property. By participating the Promotion, every Entrant hereby agrees to The platform’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use, including and without derogating, The sponsor and/or The platform’s intellectual property rights in the Services, underlying technology, designs, marks, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed and/or all information and content available on or through the Service and in the course of this Promotion, including any Intellectual Property rights incorporated in the Prize and the designs thereto (“Marks”). You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks. All Intellectual Property included in the Prize and the Promotion (including printed characters, graphics, storylines are owned by The platform). You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Services and any derivatives are owned by The platform. You may not otherwise use, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, sell, buy, or exploit our Intellectual Property or any of its features in whole or in part without our prior written authorization.

2. The platform reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond The platform’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.

3. In the event The platform is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within The platform’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then The platform shall have the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Promotion Terms will be awarded.

4. As permitted by applicable laws, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

5. Limitation of Liability. By entering the Promotion winners and Entrants agree to release and hold harmless The platform and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (vi) failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Buff’s sole control (vii). prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The platform is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for failure of delivery of the Prize resulted by a third party service provider and the currier; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.

28. Applicable Laws. The Rules and any disputes or differences arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel. The Sponsor, Administrator and all Entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in order to resolve any disputes. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to The platform satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

29. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By entering the Promotion and downloading BUFF, each Entrant acknowledges that they have access to Buff Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and that any of the Entrant’s Official Rules: These Promotion Terms will be posted on a dedicated landing page and on the Buff App during the Promotion Period.
