At the end of each week, we will give out $5 worth of rewards to the leading 1500 participants for each game, plus an extra 500 raffled winners per game, and the leaderboards will reset. At the end of each week, we will give out a grand prize of a high-end Alienware gaming rig to the top 1 player of each game (4 winners every week).
At the end of week 6, we will give out a grand prize of a high-end Alienware gaming rig to the top 3 players of each game (12 winners).
The weekly games leaderboards – Each game has its own leaderboard (one for League of Legends, one for Fortnite, and so on). At the end of each week, the top 1500 participants from each leaderboard will win a $5 USD worth reward. In addition, 500 random participants will also win a $5 USD worth reward.
Your points will serve as raffle tickets, so the more points you have – the higher your chances are of getting drawn from the raffle.
At the end of each week, all the games’ leaderboards will reset and all the participants will get another chance to earn points and rank up.
*Yes, it does mean that if you end up in the top 1500, you have a chance to win two $5 USD worth rewards!

In the case of a tie, the rank is determined by the timing of the last game played. It means that the last player who played will be one place ahead of the player who played before him and has the same number of points.
Eligibility
The campaign is available for PC only (no other gaming platforms are eligible).

Participation in The 2021 Alienware Games is restricted to the US only.
You have to be 18+ to participate.
You must have Overwolf and Buff installed, up to date, and running during your game sessions in order to accumulate points. Make sure that Overwolf’s overlay is enabled for your game(s).
Games and Points
The easiest way to start earning points is by playing games, which is probably what you’ve been doing already!

The games supported in this challenge are League of Legends, Fortnite, Valorant, and Rainbow Six: Siege.
- You must play at least 5 games per week in order to be eligible to win a reward.
- The maximum amount of points that can be accumulated is limited to 150 points per match
* BUFF premium users wouldn’t get boosted points accumulation in this challenge
For each event accomplished in the supported modes of the supported games you will gain points as follows:
League of Legends

A post-match window will be displayed for you at the end of each supported match mode, and will allow you to review the points earned for events in that match:
An additional way to earn points is by completing the tasks that are featured in the “Free points” tab:
Tasks included:
- Sharing a video to Twitter with the hashtags: #2021AlienwareGames #Gaming #Fortnite #LeagueOfLegends #RainbowSixSiege #VALORANT hashtags (once every 24h) – 150 points. * Having issues with video captures? Read more about it here
- Answer a survey (Will be open to filling from week #2, can be answered one time only) – 500 points.
- Create an Alienware Arena account / Connect to your account if you already have one (One time only)- 500 points.
- Login to your Alienware Arena account (once a week) – 150 points.
Notifications
Why am I seeing notifications in-game?
There are two types of in-game notifications:
The “GLHF!” notification, which will inform you that the game mode you’re currently playing is eligible for points collection:
The “+X Points” notification will inform you that your action in-game (a kill, for example) has earned you a certain amount of points:
The notifications will be shown for two seconds and then disappear.
* Please note! If you turn off the in-game notifications, it will cause an automatic withdrawal of your challenge participation!
My Rewards
The “My Rewards” screen will allow you to keep track of all the Free Points you’ve earned, claim the rewards you’ve won and access the support resources.
The “History” section of the screen will allow you to claim rewards that you’ve won throughout the campaign:
650RP – Can be claimed by clicking on the “Claim” button. The button will be replaced with a code that you can then use to redeem the 650RP in the League of Legends store.
$5 USD – Can be claimed by clicking on the “Claim” button and logging into your PayPal account.
*Please make sure your PayPal account is verified otherwise you’ll not be available to claim your prize!
In order to claim any Reward, Participants must play at least five (5) matches of the supported games during the challenge.
Points – There is no need to actively claim points earned for tasks – they will be added to your account automatically!
The Alienware Gaming Rig Prizes
The winners of the grand prizes will be announced on the app at the end of each week. In addition, the winners will receive an email message with further instructions regarding the redemption process.How do I exit the challenge?
If you choose to cancel your participation in the challenge, you can do it on Buff’s settings tab.
