A. Promotion Description. The following Block’s Receipt Challenge Official Rules (“Official Rules”) apply to the Block’s Receipt Challenge (“Promotion”). By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Platform, BUFF Technologies LTD., (“we”, “us” or “BUFF”) as described in the general Terms of Use, which shall be final and binding in all respects (without prejudice to the Entrant’s legal rights and remedies available to them under applicable law, including their right to commence legal proceedings).

B. Promotion Period. The Promotion runs across four (4) weekend periods from March 20, 2026 to April 12, 2026:

  • Weekend 1: March 20, 2026 12:00:00 AM ET to March 22, 2026 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Weekend 2: March 27, 2026 12:00:00 AM ET to March 29, 2026 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Weekend 3: April 3, 2026 12:00:00 AM ET to April 5, 2026 11:59:59 PM ET
  • Weekend 4: April 10, 2026 12:00:00 AM ET to April 12, 2026 11:59:59 PM ET

All times are shown in Eastern Time (ET) zone (UTC-5). Each weekend constitutes an independent contest phase with its own leaderboard and prize pool.

C. Promotion Type: Block’s Receipt Challenge – Leaderboard Contest

Take on the Block’s Receipt Challenge in Roblox’s Metro Life City RP experience for a shot at Alienware Gaming Laptops, Roblox Gift Cards, and more! Sponsored by H&R Block.

D. (The “Prize”). Participation and entrance to the Promotion is subject to fulfillment of all Eligibility and Entry Requirements and terms outlined in these Promotion Official Rules herein. Participants must be 16+ to participate, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater. Participants under 16 may participate with verifiable parental or legal guardian consent. Entering the Promotion is available through the Buff.game desktop platform (“Buff App”).

You can win rewards by accumulating playtime in Metro Life City RP. Here’s how the rewards will be distributed each weekend:

  • Grand Prize: The #1 ranked player each weekend wins one (1) Alienware Gaming Laptop (ARV: $1,500 USD)
  • Micro Prizes: Top 100 players each weekend win $10 Roblox Gift Cards each (ARV: $10 USD per prize)

E. Leaderboard Details:

1. A leaderboard contest will be conducted by BUFF during each weekend phase of the Promotion Period. Rankings are based on accumulated playtime in Metro Life City RP.

2. Winners will be determined at the conclusion of each weekend phase and announced within the BUFF App within seven (7) days.

3. Leaderboards reset at the beginning of each weekend phase, giving all participants a fresh opportunity to compete.

F. Scoring Mechanics: Participants will earn contest points based on time spent playing Metro Life City RP with the Buff application running in the background:

1. One (1) contest point is awarded for every five (5) minutes of gameplay in Metro Life City RP.

2. Points accumulate automatically across all sessions within each weekend phase.

3. In-game notifications will appear every 5 minutes confirming point accumulation.

4. Points are not transferable between weekend phases or between participants.

G. Participants who do not accumulate any playtime during a weekend phase shall not be eligible for prizes for that phase.

H. Each weekend, the player with the highest accumulated contest points will be awarded the Grand Prize (Alienware Gaming Laptop). Players ranked 2nd through 100th will receive Micro Prizes ($10 Roblox Gift Cards each). In the event of a tie, the prize will be awarded to the player who achieved the tied score first. Odds of winning depend on the number of participants and their accumulated playtime.

I-1. How to Play:

1. Download and install Roblox from roblox.com if you haven’t already.

2. Download the Buff App from buff.game and create an account.

3. Join the Metro Life City RP experience: https://www.roblox.com/games/12985361032/Metro-Life-City-RP

4. Enter the Block’s Receipt Challenge promotion tab within the Buff App and confirm the Promotion T&C.

5. Play Metro Life City RP with the Buff application running in the background to accumulate points.

J. During gameplay, notifications will appear every 5 minutes indicating your accumulated points and participation status in the Block’s Receipt Challenge. The notifications will be shown for a few seconds and then disappear. Please note: Turning off the in-game notifications will cause an automatic withdrawal from the challenge participation. Only the promotion Main Page and Winners List as appears on the Buff app are valid sources of results.

K. Administrator: The Promotion is administered, conducted, executed, supervised, and monitored by BUFF Technologies Ltd. and the BUFF platform (“Administrator”), including the administration and all technical and consumer support related to the operation of the Promotion. The Promotion is sponsored by H&R Block (“Sponsor”).

L. Entrant Eligibility. The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and in accordance with the general terms of use of the platform (“Entrant” and “Eligible Entrant”). The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Winning a Prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

M. How to Enter (“Entry Requirements”). To enter the Promotion, a user must download Buff App and create an account (“Game Account”). Enter the specific promotion tab within the platform and confirm the Promotion T&C. Participants must play Metro Life City RP in Roblox with the Buff application running in the background. Each participant is eligible to win one (1) Grand Prize maximum per weekend phase and one (1) Micro Prize maximum per weekend phase. Attempts to circumvent this rule, such as creating multiple accounts, may lead to disqualification. Please note that violating these terms may result in a permanent ban of your Buff account, with no possibility of recovery.

N. At the End of each Weekend Phase, the Sponsor and platform will check the leaderboard and the aggregated results during that phase. The users leading the leaderboard are entitled to the prizes in accordance with the T&C (“Entitled Winner”) subject to the requirements.

O. Downloading the APP and user Accounts are free, but subject to the Terms of Use of BUFF.

P. Every participant in the promotion must be a BUFF user and create an Account and BUFF ID. ONLY ONE ENTRY IS PERMITTED PER PERSON. Entry must be made by the Entrant, only in the manner described in these Official Rules and subject to the Eligibility Requirements. Any attempt by an Entrant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods, or by tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, including but not limited to the use of any device to automate the entry process, is prohibited and any entries that have been submitted in this manner will be void. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry(ies) will be deemed ineligible.

Q. The platform reserves the right to disqualify or prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or in the promotion, in the event an Entrant is found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Promotion Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and The Platform reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such Entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.

R. The platform reserves the right to disqualify an Entrant as an Eligible Entrant or prohibit an Entrant of winning a Prize or disqualify an Entitled Winner, if: (i) Entrant was found to be ineligible to participate in the Promotion subject to these official Rules; (ii) it determines that an Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair playing practices (including the use of automated quick entry programs, bots, scripts, macros, automated systems, account sharing, boosting services, manipulation of time tracking, exploitation of bugs or glitches, or any other form of cheating or unfair play) or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants or Buff’s representatives. No mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, forged, software-generated or other automated multiple entries will be accepted. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.

S. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of BUFF, H&R Block, and their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, and the advertising and promotion agencies which conduct this Promotion (collectively, “Promotion Entities”) and each of their immediate family members (i.e. spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses and the “steps” of each, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter the Promotion or win a Prize.

T. Prize/s: Available Prizes in the Promotion will be listed in the Buff App and might be changed in accordance with the T&C.

U. Challenge Prizes:

  • Grand Prize: One (1) Alienware Gaming Laptop per weekend (4 total)
  • Micro Prizes: $10 Roblox Gift Cards for top 100 players per weekend (400 total)

Approximate Retail Value (ARV):

  • Grand Prizes: $1,500 USD per prize, Total ARV $6,000 USD (4 winners)
  • Micro Prizes: $10 USD per prize, Total ARV $4,000 USD (400 winners)
  • Total ARV of All Prizes: $10,000 USD

V. Prizes will be provided as follows:

Grand Prizes (Alienware Gaming Laptops):

  • The #1 ranked player on the leaderboard at the end of each weekend phase wins the Grand Prize.
  • Winners will be notified via email to the address associated with their Buff account and through in-app notification within seven (7) days of each weekend phase end date.
  • Potential winners must respond to the notification within seven (7) days of the notification date and complete all required verification and claim forms.
  • Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legal) Publicity Release within seven (7) days of notification.
  • Grand Prizes will be shipped to winners within thirty (30) days of verification and claim form completion.

Micro Prizes (Roblox Gift Cards):

  • Players ranked 2nd through 100th on the leaderboard at the end of each weekend phase win $10 Roblox Gift Cards.
  • Roblox Gift Card prizes will be delivered as digital gift card codes via email within fourteen (14) days of verification.
  • If a potential winner does not respond within the required time period, cannot be reached, is ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from remaining eligible entries.

W. Only the type and quantity of Prizes described in these Official Rules will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of any prizes permitted, except The platform reserves the right to substitute comparable prize(s) of equal or higher value if any Prize listed is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes will be awarded only if each Entitled Winner as described, fully complies with these Official Rules and Eligibility Requirements. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of their prize.

X. Buff, The platform makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Promotion. WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, SUCH PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND THE PLATFORM HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND/OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Y. The platform shall have no liability if the Prize Notification and/or the email with the Prize is lost, intercepted, or not received by an Entitled Winner for any reason outside the control and responsibility of Sponsor and/or the Administrator or when an Entrant did not meet the Eligibility Requirement and was disqualified in accordance with the sections above. It is the Entrant’s full responsibility to provide full and accurate details and to read, acknowledge and accept the terms of Promotion and its Official Rules, in order to be entitled to enter the Promotion.

Z. The platform reserves the right to disqualify any individual as an Entitled Winner in the event The platform has found the Entitled Winner to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, and The platform reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AA. General Conditions.

1. Intellectual Property. By participating in the Promotion, every Entrant hereby agrees to The platform’s general terms regarding intellectual property as specified in the Terms of Use, including and without derogating, The sponsor and/or The platform’s intellectual property rights in the Services, underlying technology, designs, marks, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed and/or all information and content available on or through the Service and in the course of this Promotion, including any Intellectual Property rights incorporated in the Prize and the designs thereto (“Marks”). You are not permitted to use these Marks without our prior written consent or the consent of such third parties which may own the Marks. Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation. Metro Life City RP is the property of its respective developers. Alienware is a trademark of Dell Technologies. H&R Block is a trademark of HRB Tax Group, Inc. All trademarks are property of their respective owners. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Metro Life City RP. All game assets, characters, names, and related materials are intellectual property of their respective copyright holders. Sponsor claims no ownership of such materials. All Intellectual Property included in the Prize and the Promotion are owned by their respective owners. You further acknowledge and agree that you shall have no ownership or other property interest and that all rights in the Services and any derivatives are owned by The platform. You may not otherwise use, copy, print, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, post, transmit, modify, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, adapt, distribute, transfer, sell, buy, or exploit our Intellectual Property or any of its features in whole or in part without our prior written authorization.

2. Publicity Rights. By participating and/or accepting a prize, winners grant Sponsor the right to use their name, likeness, Buff username, gameplay footage, prize information, and statements for advertising and promotional purposes worldwide and in all forms of media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

3. The platform reserves the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the Promotion is technically impaired or corrupted or that fraud or technical problems, failures or malfunctions or other causes beyond The platform’s control have destroyed or severely undermined or to any degree impaired the integrity, administration, security, proper play and/or feasibility of the Promotion as contemplated herein.

4. In the event The platform is prevented from awarding prizes or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event beyond its control, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within The platform’s control (each a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), then The platform shall have the right to suspend, or terminate the Promotion. Only the type and quantity of prizes described in these Promotion Terms will be awarded. The platform is not responsible for changes to game mechanics, availability, or functionality made by Roblox Corporation or the developers of Metro Life City RP during the Promotion Period. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion. Participants must conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the Buff Community Guidelines, Roblox Community Standards, and applicable game codes of conduct. Violations may result in disqualification. Participants whose Buff accounts are suspended or terminated during the Promotion Period will be ineligible to win any prizes.

5. As permitted by applicable laws, the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

6. Limitation of Liability. By entering the Promotion winners and Entrants agree to release and hold harmless The platform, H&R Block, and their subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such Entrant’s participation in the Promotion and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; (vi) failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster accident, or act of government, or any other cause beyond Buff’s sole control (vii) prize’s quality or fitness for a particular purpose; (viii) lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, or garbled entries; (ix) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (x) failed, incomplete, garbled, or delayed computer transmissions; (xi) game server outages or technical issues; (xii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize, or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize; (xiii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Promotion. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, The platform is not responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, misprinted, late, lost, damaged, stolen, or postage-due submissions or prize notifications; or for lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet service providers, websites, or other connections; or for miscommunications, failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions; or for any technical malfunctions, failures, difficulties or other errors of any kind or nature; or for failure of delivery of the Prize resulted by a third party service provider and the courier; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information.

BB. Applicable Laws. The Rules and any disputes or differences arising in connection to them shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of Israel. The Sponsor, Administrator and all Entrants hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts in order to resolve any disputes. If a dispute as to the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to The platform satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any action or litigation concerning this Promotion must be brought within one (1) year of the conclusion of the Promotion.

CC. Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. By entering the Promotion and downloading BUFF, each Entrant acknowledges that they have access to Buff Terms of Use and Privacy Policy and that any of the Entrant’s Official Rules: These Promotion Terms will be posted on a dedicated landing page and on the Buff App during the Promotion Period.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL RESPECTS.
