Getting Started & Eligibility

Goal progress may take time to update. Please allow some time for your progress to reflect before requesting support.

Go to the My Games section, select the game, and scroll to the bottom of the Game Progress page. If available, click Request Support and follow the on-screen instructions.

You may be asked to provide:

  • Your email address associated with your Capital One Shopping account

  • Screenshots showing in-game completion of the goal

Providing information does not guarantee reward issuance. All requests are subject to verification.

Install Tracking

If you are eligible, the install goal typically checks off automatically within 10 minutes after installing and opening the game. Make sure the game is opened and allowed to run briefly after installation.

If the install goal does not check off after 10 minutes, you are not considered eligible for the offer. Ineligible users cannot earn rewards or request support for that offer.

A new user is someone who has not previously installed or accessed the game on their device, account, or associated identifiers. If the game determines you are not a new user, you are not eligible for that offer.

Games use their own systems to verify eligibility and track activity. Because eligibility is determined automatically by the game, it cannot be reviewed, overridden, or disputed.

If you are unsure, do not invest time or money into an offer until you see the install goal successfully checked off. Only eligible users can earn rewards.

Rewards & Pending Status

Pending rewards are under review to ensure all offer requirements were met. Pending rewards are not guaranteed until confirmed.

Pending periods vary by offer. During this time, activity is reviewed for compliance with offer terms.

Yes. Pending rewards may be revoked if eligibility or compliance requirements are not met.

Account Holds, Restrictions & Bans

Accounts may be restricted due to suspected abuse, suspicious activity, or violations of the offer terms.

While banned, users cannot earn additional rewards. Any pending rewards will be revoked. Rewards that have already passed the pending review period will not be clawed back.

If an account is reinstated, previously earned activity may be reprocessed where applicable. Not all rewards are recoverable.

Support for active offers must be requested through the Request Support option on the Game Progress page. This ensures your request is linked to the correct offer.

Support is only available for eligible users and active offers. Eligibility issues must be resolved before starting an offer.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your participation in Rewarded Play offers made available through Capital One Shopping (“Capital One Shopping,” “COS,” “we,” or “us”) and its third-party Rewarded Play partners (“Partners”).

By starting or participating in a Rewarded Play offer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not participate in the offer.

1. Program Overview

Rewarded Play allows eligible users to earn rewards by completing specific goals in select mobile games or applications (“Offers”). Each Offer is subject to its own eligibility requirements, tracking rules, and reward conditions.

Capital One Shopping provides access to Offers but does not operate, control, or track the underlying games.

2. Eligibility

Eligibility is determined solely by the game or application providing the Offer and its tracking systems.

To be eligible, you must:

  • Meet all requirements listed on the Offer details page

  • Typically be a new user of the game or application

  • Install and access the game through the designated Offer link

Eligibility determinations are final, automated, and non-disputable.

If an install or goal does not register, you are not eligible for that Offer and must not continue participation.

3. Acceptance of Terms

You do not need to click the Terms to accept them.
By starting an Offer, you acknowledge and agree that you have accepted these Terms.

4. Tracking & Attribution

Offer participation and progress are tracked automatically through third-party systems.

You are responsible for ensuring:

  • Tracking is enabled on your device

  • The game is installed and launched properly

  • No actions are taken that interfere with tracking

Capital One Shopping and its Partners are not responsible for tracking failures caused by device settings, ad blockers, VPNs, prior installations, or other technical limitations.

5. Rewards & Pending Periods

Rewards may be subject to a pending or verification period.

During this period:

  • Activity is reviewed for compliance with Offer requirements

  • Rewards are not guaranteed

  • Rewards may be revoked if eligibility or compliance requirements are not met

Confirmed rewards are only issued after successful verification.

6. Fraud, Abuse & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Manipulate or attempt to manipulate Offer tracking

  • Use multiple accounts or devices to gain rewards improperly

  • Use emulators, automation, or unauthorized tools

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Violate any game, platform, or Partner terms

Violation of these rules may result in:

  • Immediate account restriction or ban

  • Revocation of pending rewards

  • Permanent disqualification from Rewarded Play

7. Account Restrictions & Bans

Accounts may be restricted or banned if suspicious behavior or violations are detected.

If your account is banned:

  • You may not earn additional rewards

  • Pending rewards will be revoked

  • Rewards that have already passed the verification period will not be clawed back

8. Support & Disputes

Support is available only for eligible users and active Offers.

Support requests must be submitted through the designated support link associated with the Offer. You may be required to provide verification such as screenshots or account information.

Submission of a support request does not guarantee reward issuance.

Eligibility decisions, tracking outcomes, and enforcement actions are not subject to dispute.

9. Partner Responsibility

Offers are managed and operated by third-party Partners. Capital One Shopping does not control:

  • Game functionality

  • Eligibility determinations

  • Tracking systems

  • Reward verification logic

Capital One Shopping is not responsible for Partner actions or decisions.

10. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue Rewarded Play Offers at any time

  • Update these Terms without prior notice

  • Restrict or terminate access for any reason

Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Capital One Shopping and its Partners are not liable for lost rewards, tracking failures, or technical issues

  • Participation is at your own risk

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable U.S. laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
