We've all had duplicate skins, or skins we aren't interested in. Selling these or more valuable skins in the Steam Market is surprisingly easy! Here's how.

Some items on Dota 2 are worth more than a hefty $1,800, and so some of those shiny skins you've been holding on to might fetch you a pretty penny on the Steam Marketplace! Steam has an integrated marketplace that works for loads of game titles on its platform, and is—by far—the safest way to buy, sell, and trade items.
We've made a quick guide on how you can easily put your unwanted or lucrative skins on the Steam Marketplace in a matter of minutes!
1. Run Steam and Log in to Your Account
Log into your Steam account with your Dota 2 inventory items you'd like to sell.
2. Hover Over the <Community> Button in the Top Bar
You can also head over to your profile, then inventory, pick an item, and choose "sell" under its description.
3. Select the <Market> Option From the Drop-Down Menu
You'll be redirected to the community market page to see what's available on the Steam Marketplace, including your item listing.
4. Click on <Sell an Item>
All your available sellable Dota & Steam items will pop up.
5. Select the Item(s) You Want to Sell
Look at the description of the item to find its market value.
6. Click on <Sell>
Now your item will be listed in the Steam Marketplace for other users to buy for their games.
Yep, it's that easy! Once someone has bought your item off of the Steam Marketplace, the funds go directly into your steam wallet—which, unfortunately, you can't withdraw into real cash; but maybe you can get yourself a new game, new skins, or even gift your friends.
