Should I prioritize Fall Guys in task manager if I want smooth gameplay?

My Fall Guys is pretty laggy when I'm play, I get frame stutters and FPS drops, especially when there's lots of opponents in the match. I saw a video showing prioritizing certain games in the task manager can help with performance, will that work for Fall Guys?

Hi there! Prioritizing your Fall Guys in your task manager *might* improve gameplay, but in some cases where the system is too old, it won't. To prioritize your Fall Guys, open up the task manager, right-click on the game title, and 'go to details.' From here, you can right-click and set the priority of your game. This may cause performance issues and stuttering though.
