Are there any issues with sub-tick servers in Counter-Strike 2?

I love playing on sub-tick servers, and I'm looking forward to testing the CS2 ones soon (if it will have any). Before the game becomes available to all, I just wanted to know if there are any drawbacks to playing sub-tick servers in CS2. I couldn't find anything online, but maybe those who got the early access key noticed some issues and would know more. 
So, has anything been reported yet? Thanks.
