Can players trade or sell skins in Counter-Strike 2 like in CS:GO?

I play CS:GO a lot, and I like trading skins I don't need. It makes the whole game more fun for me, as it provides a method for "earning" items you like by trading those you don't. I am curious to know if this feature will stay. If so, how will this feature work—will it work the same way it does now?

I imagine, since these skins and the trading system are a HUGE part of Valve's income, that they definitely wouldn't get rid of the community marketplace opportunities that come with all of the skins present in the game. Everything should work pretty much the same way as it does now when it comes to trading and selling skins.
