You can actually get a refund for your purchase by doing the following:

1. Open up Fortnite.
2. Click on the main menu from the lobby.
3. Click on the Settings icon on the left.
4. Click Support & Refunds.
5. Click Return or Cancel Purchase.
6. Find the purchase you'd like to return, and click Use Return Ticket.

Things to Keep in Mind When Refunding Your Skin

Keep in mind that there are some limitations and requirements when it comes to refunding your purchase:

• Returns are limited to Item Shop purchases. This means that you can't return things like the Battle Pass or Battle Pass tiers.
• You cannot return any gift purchases sent to friends.
• You must make your return within 30 days of the purchase.
• Lastly, Return Tickets are limited. You start with a maximum of 3 return tickets and are only granted another Return Ticket once every 365 days from the last ticket refresh.

Lucky for you, even if you make a mistake, you can fix it fairly easily. Or if you just end up not liking your new skin, you can use a Return Ticket for that as well! Just keep in mind that these tickets are limited, so be careful not to find yourself totally out.
