Can I customize my battle knives with skins in CS:GO?

So, I am aware that you get weapon skins in CS:GO, and I've customized many of my weapons except for my knives. I'm not even sure if you get skins for those, or whether I'd be able to use my buff points to get them, instead of using the money for in-game purchases.

Yeah, you can get knife skins in CSGO, but they're really expensive. You can redeem Steam gift cards from Buff by saving up enough points, but you'll need quite a few gift cards: the cheapest knife on the market place is about $60 right now, and the most expensive goes for a ridiculous USD $1870 !!
