Buff XP points: what are they for?

After playing a game I get a Buff page that says you earned xxx xp, what is this for and how do I see them on the Buff page? also, I noticed that all the good prizes are for other countries except Mexico, why is that?

The XP that you gain for Buff is specifically for their free season pass, where you can earn free rewards on top of your Buff points earned by playing games. As for prizes in Mexico, it seems many countries outside the US aren't favored by Buff as of yet, it seems their biggest player base is in the US, so they have the favored prizes.
