Do I need all the tags in Fall Guys Team Tail Tag before the timer runs out for points?

This level also frustrates me, because you need to rely on random teammates to do well, too. You just need to run behind a player on another team who has the raccoon tail attached to them and hit your grab button to steal their tail. Your team needs to have more tails in total than the other teams to win, you can see the score at the top of the screen.
