Can I get Buff points if I survive the fruit from cannons in Fall Guys Jump Club?

There's something entertaining about dodging giant fruit being launched at you and fighting other beans off with the threat of being flung off the map by a huge apple or orange. I've been getting good at it, and was hoping I would get Buff Points faster if I did well? I really want a gift card.

Hey there! You won't get Buffs for actually dodging the fruit, but dodging them means you'll be doing better in the round, and you'll be rewarded more Buffs for your placement, and how long you've been in the game... so in a roundabout way- yes, you'll earn more Buffs by dodging fruit and doing well.
