Will Buff stress my CPU and reduce in-game performance in Valorant?
Asked 3 years ago
How does Buff track your performance in Valorant? Is it system-intensive? My poor old CPU has gone through a lot over the years, and I'm worried Buff challenges will make my performance take a hit.

Buff uses Overwolf to gather real-time data on your gameplay during a match, which is all done with online data, so during a match, you won't see any performance change on your CPU. At the end of a match, however, you'll be presented with a Buff UI telling you how many Buff Points you've earned in that match - that process *does* use a little of your CPU, but even your old one should cope just fine.
