Can I run LoL and Buff without dropping frames if I game on Mac Os?

Hi, I play League of Legends on my MacBook Pro 2018, and I really like to play LoL at its highest frame rate, will running Buff in the background make me lose any frames?

Hey there, you'll need an m1 chip or later, and macOS 11.0 or later to install buff, if your mac is older than october 2021, you probably wont be able to run buff- but you'll definetly be able to run LoL and Buff on anything since.
