Does Buff give points for long distance kills with a golden gun in Valorant spike rush?

The golden gun in Valorant is soooo satisfying to get kills with! I was wondering, do things like skill shots and long range kills with the golden gun get tracked by Buff? Can you get extra Buff points if you land those shots?

I'm with you there about the golden gun, that thing is a beauty to use if you don't miss your shots! Buff does track every kill you make in-game, but unless you get a Buff challenge that features the golden gun, you'll just be getting Buff Points for every kill.
