Problem with buff store

I am a F2P game and I have been using buff for almost 3 months and have collected a lot of buffs, but I still can't use them as I am from India, and in the buff store either there are no items or if there is it sold out instantly. In the buff store, there is either content for the US or premium users the reason why I use buff is I can't use money in games and apps,and you want me to pay .....

I just want to say that you should start putting items for India like riot Giftcards for India and global and try to add them so not all sold out instant ...
