Can I lose my rank if I stop playing Valorant?

I'm thinking of taking a small break from the game so I can focus on studying for my college exams. Will my rank drop or reset if I don't play for a few weeks?

Surprisingly, you won't lose any ranked MMR or get any decay in your rank, unless of course there's a rank reset that happens during the time you're away. I think that's only happened once though.
