Can I still earn Buff points even if I am on a losing streak?

Yo, guys. This losing streak, though. I've been playing league of legends, and my butt is getting handed to me. I can't help but wonder whether this losing streak will mean I get fewer Buff points. I've got a few so far, but that was before I started losing. Does the length of time I've played a game also give me points?

Sorry to hear about the losing streak man. Luckily some of Buff's challenges are easy to grind, like healing a team for 1000HP, but some are pretty tough too when you're in a slump. Sadly length of time in-game doesn't earn points either, it's mainly the challenges and dailys that get you buff points.
