Can I earn Valorant points on different platforms or devices?

I've been looking into different ways of earning Valorant points, so I was wondering if my choice of platforms or devices makes any difference. Can I earn VPs from my phone? What about my Xbox or PS5? In general, is there any other platform for earning VPs?

You can earn some extra Buff points to spend on gift cards through certain supported mobile games - but outside of that - any platform where you can log into a survey site and answer questions for gift cards will probably work just fine. Obviously you can't log into Valorant from a console, so earning gift cards or disposable income is the best way to go about topping up your VP's.
