How can I redeem my Fortnite code on my console?

Hey all. A friend recently got me a V-Bucks card, but I've never used codes before so I don't really know how to redeem it... I have an Xbox, how so I use this gift card and redeem my code on the console? Thanks for answering.

Whether you're on PS or Xbox: you'll have to log into your game first, then select your profile icon and choose the V-bucks card option, from there you can either purchase one or enter a code from a card you already have.
