What happens if I uninstall Riot Vanguard?

I see Riot Vanguard running every time I start my PC. I don't know what it's doing when I'm not even playing anything, but I'm worried about uninstalling it. What happens if I do uninstall it, and is there a way to stop it from starting up every time I open my PC?

Uninstalling it will definitely stop it from launching on boot-up, yes - though you won't be able to play Valorant without it. All the program does is prevent you from launching cheat-creation software, or other recognized cheat software. It doesn't flag unlicensed copies of games or recognized 3rd party information software like Over wolf.
