How do referral programs work for getting Valorant points?

I am new to Valorant, but I like it so far, so I was thinking of inviting a few of my friends to play it with me while earning free points with some promo codes. I couldn't find anything about partner programs or referral codes on the Valorant and Riot websites, so my question is: is there one? If there is, can I get Valorant points from it, and how would I go about doing this?

Nope, as far as I can tell, Riot Games stopped doing referral rewards when they discontinued the Refer-a-Friend referral method for LoL way back in 2015. Since they've never made any attempt to bring it back, I doubt we'll be seeing it for Valorant anytime soon, either.
