Can I refund my Radianite Points?

I noticed I bought too many Radianite Points after buying and spending the points on a skin in-game. I don't have any plans of buying more skins in the near future so I don't actually need the currency. Can I somehow refund my Radianite Points?

Sadly you can't refund your Radianite Points or trade them for other currencies - but you might get your hands on a weapon you can spend those points on in future battle passes or events, so I'd hold on to them to use in the future.
