How do I climb ranks in Valorant?

Hey all. I'm still a newbie at the game, and I feel kind of stuck, but I'm doing my best to learn and improve. So, I thought I'd ask here for some extra advice: how do I raise my rank in Valorant? Is climbing ranks hard?

The only way to climb the ranks is to win and do well while you're at it (earn MMR). The best way of fast-tracking your progression up the ranked ladder is to spend your extra time practicing: learn the maps like the back of your hand, know all the possible angles to hold, and do loads of aim training before every game!
